ENLIGN provides professional Seller Services, Buyer Services, Professional
Negotiation, Business Value Maximization Consulting as well as
Appraisal/Valuation services to small and medium business buyers and sellers
across North Carolina and nationally via the ENLIGN Business Brokers Affiliate
program. We set ourselves apart by actively participating in industry specific
training, continuing education, leveraging technology for marketing and client
management processes while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
ENLIGN Business Brokers is a member of the International Business Brokers
Association [IBBA] as well as the American Business Brokers Association [ABBA]
and requires that it's brokers be members of the IBBA working towards or having
completed the CBI [Certified Business Intermediary] accreditation or may
alternately or concurrently be a member of and working on their [MMI] Merger &
Acquisition Master Intermediary Certification offered by The M&A Source and
accept and abide by each's ethics and standards policies.
All broker candidates must possess a 4 year college degree or equivalent, be
available and committed to invest full time in their own and their clients
success, posses significant business experience - ideally as founder and
principal for a minimum of two years having bought and or sold at least one
business on their own either with or without a broker but not as the broker.
